RETURNS POLICY
If, for any reason, you have a ‘change of mind’ with the item you have received, we will accept returns on this item to us within 20 days of receiving it. Please notify us via email that you would like to return an item as well as stating the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for creating a shipping label and is responsible for the return cost.
Please note that if you choose to return your item without notifying our team, we can not be held responsible for items not arriving back with us, should you choose to ship these items back to us without tracking. We cannot process a refund on items in the event that an undeclared return does not safely arrive back with us.
We will process your refund once we have received the items you are returning – please note that items have to be in saleable condition in order for us to process your return. Please notify us immediately if there are any faults in your item. You may return items to us without undue delay, no later than 20 days from date of delivery. We will refund the item and will make reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

*Please note that, except in the event of a manufacturing fault, the shipping costs for initial delivery, as well any customs/ duties taxes incurred on return will be deducted from the refund amount. The cost of return shipping (outside of a manufacturing fault) is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unused in their original condition, with all tags attached. Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items, or anything we reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to you, at your cost.
All sale products are Final Sale. When an item is final sale we do not allow returns unless an item is received damaged. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page, and at checkout. No price adjustments on past purchases. All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
LaKoèn monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviour.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, please contact our customer service immediately at hello@lakoen.com.
Please advise our team as soon as you receive the item with a detailed explanation of the fault, along with clear pictures. Our Production team will then discuss return process. For any manufacturing fault we will arrange return shipment, and reimburse the full cost of the initial purchase.
