Within Australia, we charge a flat $10 (standard), $16 (express), or $15 (signature on delivery), and orders over $300 ship free. Australian orders are tax-inclusive. Shipping to the US is a flat $45 AUD and is Delivered Duty Paid (taxes and duties calculated at checkout). Shipping to all other international destinations is a flat $40 AUD, and these orders are tax-exclusive, meaning local duties and taxes may apply on import.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and usually take 2–4 working days from dispatch. International orders via Australia Post typically take 10–18 working days, while international DHL express orders usually take 4–8 working days from dispatch. We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. To start a return, email hello@lakoen.com with your reason, and we'll provide the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original delivery costs (and any customs/duties) are deducted from the refund unless the item has a manufacturing fault. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the item.

 No — all sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Items that qualify as final sale are marked on their product page and at checkout. All other returns must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

For confirmed manufacturing faults, we arrange and cover return shipping and reimburse the full purchase cost. We recommend checking your pieces on arrival and notifying us as soon as possible.
