I was interested in another dress I saw online a couple of days ago and today noticed you ran out of size M really fast. I’ve enquired with your brand in a separate email about it. You don’t have any stockists in Victoria, you would do so well selling your brand at Ecod which has stores across Melbourne. At the moment I feel your brand might not as well known as I only came across your brand while looking for something else online. I’m so glad I did. Your clothes are beautiful and reasonably priced, keep up the good work.

I’m very sorry to hear that the delivery timing caused some concern. I’ve checked your order and can see that it was placed on the 3rd of January and dispatched from our Brisbane studio the following day on the 4th of January. During the Christmas and New Year period Australia Post can sometimes experience extended delivery times, which may have affected the transit time on this occasion.
I’m also unsure why it appeared to be coming from Canada, as all of our orders are sent directly from our Brisbane office. However, I would be very happy to look into this further for you if needed.
