Origins & Care

All LaKoèn garments are carefully crafted by skilled ateliers in India. All of our beading is done by hand by expert artisans, celebrating the centuries-old tradition of tambour beading. We take care in sourcing quality materials and use only natural fibres. All of our garments are lovingly sewn with french seams for a durable and beautiful finish.

The Lois jacket can be machine washed on cold, hand-washed in cool water with a mild detergent, or dry cleaned. We recommend separating by like colours when washing. Ironing should be done inside out. Dry this piece flat to avoid distortion. Do not tumble dry.

SIZE & FIT

The Lois jacket is intentionally cut oversized for a relaxed look and feel. We recommend sizing down if you prefer a more fitted look. The model is 178cm tall and measures bust: 81cm, waist: 61cm, and hips: 90cm, and wears size S.

Returns

If, for any reason, you have a ‘change of mind’ with the item you have received, we will accept returns on this item to us within 20 days of receiving it. Please notify us via email that you would like to return an item as well as stating the reason for the return.

Shipping & Timeline

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days from the order date. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number.

Local orders ordinarily take 2-4 working days from dispatch to delivery, and international orders ordinarily take 7-14 working days from dispatch to delivery.
